I am a first time car owner and I was very apprehensive when I walked into the dealership. I spoke with a salesman and he was very helpful, and matched me a vehicle an attractive and affordable vehicle. I cannot remember the salesman's name but I do remember the finance gentleman. I sat down with James to go over the financials and I was comfortable the entire time. At no point did I feel taken advantage of or mistreated. James was honest with me, and offered me products and warranty options that I was comfortable with, but more importantly were in my best interests as a new vehicle owner. The entire experience was was easy and comfortable, and I will definitely go back to Birchwood Kia West for my next purchase. Thanks again James.

All the people were very friendly and informative. They take great care to know the people they are dealing with and make sure that they are comfortable both physically (offering coffee, etc.) and mentally (taking care to explain and elaborate on things). The price I received for my car was a lot more than I was expecting. My monthly payments were a lot higher than what was advertised, even after taking taxes into account, which was due to the higher purchase price of the vehicle compared to the price they showed me from their website.

Mr. Stephen Gallagher was an amazing sales dealer. He made my wife and I feel very comfortable and informed. Instead of pushing us at a particular vehicle, Stephen stared by asking us what we would be using the new vehicle for. He then informed us of our options in that class of usage. Once we gave him our budget he was very respectful and kept us within our budget and didn't try to sell us outside that window or oversell us. He gave us time to think and didn't pressure us in any way. I've purchased several new vehicles and I have to say with sincere honesty that it was the most pleasant experience I've had in a dealership. I would recommend Stephen to my closest friends and family without feeling at all anxious or worried. He ensured that we were aware and informed during the whole process from start to finish and did so with a patient and friendly demeanor. He demands a quality product of himself and ensures that quality (both experience and vehicle) is met to the highest standard for the client. One of the things that impressed me most was his upfront honesty. If he didn't know the answer to any of our questions he said so and worked to get us the correct answer in a timely fashion; even if he didn't think we would like the answer. Respectfully,
